TLC Events
The Tender Loving Care Foundation participates in various events throughout the year. Some are fundraisers, some are outreach-related, and involve education and enrichment. Since our beginning we have held the following events:
- Family Fun Day (2003 – 2006)
- Team TLC (Montauk Century, Iron Man, “Ho, Ho, Ho Run”)
- NICU Nursing Conference Sponsor
- Winter Dance (2003, 2004, 2005)
- Spring Funk-Shun (2007)
- Tasting For Tots (2010 – 2011)
- Takin’ It Back To The Crib (2012)
We’ve also sponsored the TLC Lectureship and Grand Rounds since its inception in 2005. This important event invites nationally recognized professionals who lecture to the NICU community within The Division of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at North Shore-LIJ Steven & Alexandra Cohen Children’s Medical Center of NY. In addition, affiliated hospitals as far reaching as Israel and Egypt partake in real time via video teleconference. All of these events require incredible time and financial resources. Father’s Day Gathering in the NICU

Please join us for a Father’s Day Gathering on Thursday, June 18 from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM in the NICU Family Room.
Have a cup of coffee and meet TLC parent members who have been through the NICU experience.
